Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan (LSS) seeks a Senior Project Accountant to manage accounting for rental properties, including HUD and LIHTC portfolios. You will lead audits, prepare financial reports, and coordinate intercompany billing within a collaborative finance team.
The role requires 3+ years in financial accounting/auditing, a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel skills. Hybrid work from Wisconsin available; CPA is a plus but not required.
