Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a Senior Project Accountant to support the financial management of HUD and LIHTC rental properties, handling income/expenses, reporting, and audits.
The role works with the General Accounting and Financial Services teams in a hybrid environment. Requires 3+ years in financial accounting or auditing, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, CPA is a plus, and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) to maintain GAAP compliance.
