Pro Ampac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A at one of our largest manufacturing sites ($100M+ revenue). This role partners with plant leadership to drive financial excellence and provide strong financial guidance across close processes, GL, cost accounting, budgeting, and material margin improvements.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 10+ years of manufacturing finance experience, and proven leadership.
