Salary: $145,000 - $170,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Plant Controller:

• Oversee financial operations for the 2 manufacturing facilities
• Lead monthly close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory management activities
• Partner with operations leaders to improve cost structure, productivity, and labor efficiency
• Manage revenue recognition, standard costing, and inventory controls
• Lead production budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain SOX compliance and internal control effectiveness
• Supervise and develop a team

Qualifications for the Plant Controller:

• Experience as a Manufacturing Plant Controller or similar manufacturing finance leadership role
• Prior experience managing and developing a finance/accounting team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations finance
• ERP experience, preferably Epicor
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
