Plant Controller

Salary: $145,000–$170,000 + 25% Short-Term Incentive + 20% Long-Term Incentive
Location: Darien, WI
Work Schedule: Hybrid – 1 day per week from home

• High-impact leadership role overseeing finance and accounting for two Wisconsin manufacturing facilities.
• Partner directly with Operations leadership to improve cost structure, productivity, labor efficiency, and overall plant performance.
• Lead a team of approximately six accounting professionals with significant visibility across the organization.

• Lead all finance and accounting activities for the Wisconsin manufacturing facilities, including month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, and inventory.
• Partner with Operations leadership to analyze manufacturing costs, labor efficiency, productivity, and operational KPIs.
• Oversee standard costing, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, production budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain and strengthen SOX internal controls while ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.
• Lead, develop, and support a team of approximately six accounting professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including experience as a Manufacturing Plant Controller.
• Strong leadership, cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis experience with the ability to partner effectively with Operations.
