Controller, Accounting, Financial Reporting

• Review invoices, accruals, prepaid expenses, tax estimates, and other accounting entries for accuracy and proper accounting treatment

• Support annual budgeting and provide accounting and finance recommendations to leadership

• Maintain and review accounting records for the bank’s investment portfolio, including securities activity, accruals, safekeeping, pledging, and bond accounting reports

• Assist with regulatory reporting, audits, examinations, Call Report support, FRY reports, and Summary of Deposits reporting

• Monitor daily liquidity, prepare cash position reporting, support funding and collateral processes, and serve as a backup for assigned accounting and financial reporting functions

• Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field

• 5+ years of related banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting-related software
