Accounting Manager

Salary: $100,000–$120,000

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple entities, partnering with managers to understand financial performance and variances.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage executive payroll for approximately 50 employees using ADP Workforce Manager.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting in response to ad hoc requests from leadership and ownership.
• Support financial reporting and analytics related to ongoing organizational growth and business initiatives.

• 4–6+ years of accounting experience, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or public accounting serving hospitality/real estate clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial statement, month-end close, reconciliation, and Excel skills; experience with Sage 300 and/or Sage Fixed Assets is preferred.
