We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Reprographics Tech to join the team at our corporate headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, we take pride in delivering quality projects, building strong relationships, and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate high-speed copiers, scanners and large-format reprographics equipment

* Prepare, pack and ship documents and drawings accurately and on time

* Manage all incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail

* Sort, scan, email and distribute plans and documents across departments and teams

* Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PDF tools for document processing and communication

* Perform physically active work, including standing, walking, bending and lifting 30-50 pounds

* Stocks and maintains office, facility and reprographics supply inventory

* Performs general facilities and office equipment maintenance
