Land O’Lakes – Salary: $44,880.00 – $72,930.00 USD Annual.
- Coordinate team training, vacation setting, and attendance, adhering to best practices and ensuring compliance within the site CBA.
- Manage the schedule end‑to‑end change process.
- Develop the weekly operations staffing schedule in compliance with best practices and the CBA.
- Create and post a holistic operations staffing schedule. Each team member may have primary responsibility for developing a function’s schedule that is incorporated into a holistic schedule posted for all.
- Execute formal communication processes among planning and operations departments to ensure a valid and complete schedule.
- Participate and/or drive any Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Answer phones and greet guests at the front door as needed.
- Order uniforms for staff.
- Order lunches for events and orientations.
- Maintain the internal communications board.
- Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies.
- Manage administrative duties related to plant safety initiatives.
- Send and receive facility mail.
- Provide administrative support to the Site Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma required;
Associate Degree preferred. - Excel experience required.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- 3‑5 years of manufacturing experience.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; balance; stoop; climb up and down stairs and ladders; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
ScheduleCore hours are Monday–Friday with a start time varying between 5:00a.m. and 7:00a.m. Weekends and overtime as needed.
