* _The Facilities Coo_ _rdinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the_ _F_ _acilities Supervisor._
Duties and Responsibilities
+ Act as the main point of contact for the Facilities Department
+ Assist with and coordinate outside vendors such as landscaping, snow removal, cleaning, etc.
+ Obtain bidsand pricingfrom outside vendors for projects,service sand parts
+ Assist with reviewing bids
+ Assist in Evaluating, distributing, and scheduling the daily tasks along with maintaining the facilities task list
+ Print, issue, and track all maintenance and machine shop work orders
+ Issue and record all preventative maintenance orders
+ Generate and Issuepurchaseorders
+ Scan and electronically file all facilities paperwork
+ Complete projects assigned by Facilities Supervisor
+ Coordinate the picking up and delivery of parts for Engineering, Marketing, and other departments
+ Coordinate and process non-stock purchase
+ Provide backup support for receiving, stocking, and maintaining MRO inventory.
+ Provide backup support for cycle counting and inventory accuracy activities within MRO inventory
Education and Experience Requirements
+ High School Diploma
+
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, network drive, and scanning
