Location: Sturtevant

This role will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Job Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading the safe execution of work
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal and external clients
  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling and day to day action lists to support executive
  • Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports for Senior Leadership Team
  • Act as the liaison to the corporate office & develop relationships with executive contacts, on behalf of the executive team
  • Alert executive to upcoming meetings & deadlines, and assist with research & meeting preparation
  • General administrative support including managing personal affairs for CFO
  • Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism
  • Other administrative office duties as assigned

Education And Experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
  • Proficiency in collaboration and delegation
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Uphold strict level of confidentiality
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Bilingual in Mandarin strongly preferred
Technical Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Concur preferred
  • Basic data analysis and data accuracy
  • Secure management of confidential and sensitive records/information
