What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with vendors, store locations, and internal departments to support daily operational needs
  • Assist with property and vehicle lease administration, including renewals, notices, payment schedules, and documentation
  • Support facility, vehicle and equipment management processes, including gathering quotes and comparing vendors, pricing, and timelines
  • Partner with store locations to address maintenance requests and operational needs
  • Serve as a liaison between stores and corporate, helping triage requests and escalate as needed
  • Prepare and organize capital expenditure (CE) requests for leadership review
  • Assist with vehicle and equipment coordination, including research and vendor communication
  • Analyze reports and maintain spreadsheets to support operational decision-making
  • Provide administrative and project support across departments
  • Minimal travel to store locations may be required
  • Perform other related duties as required

What You Bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Excel assessment required)
  • Ability to analyze data and work effectively with spreadsheets
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative
  • Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment and operations preferred
  • Previous experience in a coordinator, administrative, or operations support role preferred
  • Experience in facilities, equipment, real estate, or property management preferred
