What You'll Do:
- Coordinate with vendors, store locations, and internal departments to support daily operational needs
- Assist with property and vehicle lease administration, including renewals, notices, payment schedules, and documentation
- Support facility, vehicle and equipment management processes, including gathering quotes and comparing vendors, pricing, and timelines
- Partner with store locations to address maintenance requests and operational needs
- Serve as a liaison between stores and corporate, helping triage requests and escalate as needed
- Prepare and organize capital expenditure (CE) requests for leadership review
- Assist with vehicle and equipment coordination, including research and vendor communication
- Analyze reports and maintain spreadsheets to support operational decision-making
- Provide administrative and project support across departments
- Minimal travel to store locations may be required
- Perform other related duties as required
What You Bring:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office (Excel assessment required)
- Ability to analyze data and work effectively with spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Mechanical aptitude or interest in equipment and operations preferred
- Previous experience in a coordinator, administrative, or operations support role preferred
- Experience in facilities, equipment, real estate, or property management preferred
