Location: Hayward
H&R Block is hiring a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist to warmly greet clients, answer phones, and match customers with the right tax professional. You’ll help schedule appointments and ensure client needs are met across in-person, phone, or virtual interactions.
The role requires experience in fast-paced environments, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or equivalent and flexible scheduling across locations are preferred.
