We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing accounts receivable and payable, handling payroll, supervising personnel, and maintaining office supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

• Process and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable accurately and timely. Experience with Business Central helpful.
• Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Experience with Paycor helpful.
• Supervise and support office personnel, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
• Order, organize, and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
• Maintain detailed and organized records related to office management and financial transactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall business operations.

• Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent personnel management and communication skills.
• Proficient in office software and financial management tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
