• Minimum 2+ years of automotive repair experience (Ford experience strongly preferred)
• Ford certifications or factory training a plus
• ASE certifications welcomed
• Strong diagnostic skills on modern Ford vehicles, including trucks like F-150 and Super Duty
• Your own tools and a positive, professional attitude
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
