Description
Griffin Ford is expanding and looking for a skilled, motivated Ford Certified Automotive Technician to join our award-winning service team. If you’re passionate about automotive repair and want to work in a modern, well-equipped facility with strong leadership and factory support — this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles
- Follow factory-recommended procedures and safety guidelines
- Accurately document work performed on repair orders
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification
- Ford Certification preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving skills
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Competitive flat‑rate pay based on experience & certification
- Flat Rate $30-$55 per hour depending on experience and certifications
- Offer annual production bonus of up to $7,000.00
- Hourly or flat‑rate pay options available
- Production bonus program
- Sign‑On Bonus up to $10,000
- Guarantee hours available for qualified technicians
