• Greet customers warmly as they enter the service department, whether in person or over the phone.
• Listen attentively to understand their needs for specific auto parts.
• Efficiently locate and identify the correct parts using catalogs and computer systems.
• Provide clear information on part availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times.
• Manage parts inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with service technicians to ensure they have the parts they need for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department workspace.
• Build positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Parts Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive parts, including domestic and import vehicles.
• Familiarity with auto parts cataloging systems and inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for automobiles and helping people.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
