Don Johnson's Ladysmith Motors is looking for a high‑performing Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team in Ladysmith.

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression.
• Listen to vehicle concerns and document them clearly.
• Review service history and recommend factory‑scheduled maintenance.
• Write accurate repair orders for technicians.
• Prepare and communicate estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Explain technician findings in a clear, helpful, and professional way.
• Keep guests updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and service leadership.
• Review completed repair orders for accuracy and proper authorization.
• Help ensure each guest receives a great experience with no regrets.

Previous automotive service experience is preferred, but we are also open to the right person with strong experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or leadership.
