We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Our team serves drivers throughout Waukesha and the greater Milwaukee area with a guest-first approach and the resources of a full-service dealership. • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance according to repair orders and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete accurate repairs.
• Road-test vehicles to confirm repair quality and proper operation.
• Document repairs, diagnostic results, and time spent on each service.
• Follow all dealership and shop safety procedures.
• Maintain required tools and keep the service bay clean and organized.
• Complete assigned technical training and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications.
• Communicate with service team members to support quality repairs.

• Automotive repair or maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and service procedures.
• 1+ years of experience using automotive tools and shop equipment.
• Commitment to safe, accurate, and quality repairs.
• Willingness to complete required manufacturer and technical training.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
