What You’ll Do- Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services under supervision
- Conduct vehicle inspections and assist with basic repairs
- Rotate and balance tires
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and shop tasks
- Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and dealership procedures
- Follow all safety policies and guidelines
- Provide support to the service team as needed
- Current high school student, recent graduate, or entry‑level candidate interested in automotive repair
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one in the future
