- Manage purchase requisitions, obtain supplier quotes, and recommend sourcing decisions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers
- Create and manage purchase orders and blanket purchase agreements while ensuring compliance with SOPs
- Maintain supplier data and purchasing information in ERP/MRP systems
- Monitor deliveries, expedite orders, and resolve supplier or payment issues
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Quality, and Operations teams
- Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects
- Track supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and purchasing processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts and cost drivers
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, Mapics, or Movex
- Experience in global supplier coordination or manufacturing procurement
- Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, and international sourcing
