Responsibilities

• Rotate through key manufacturing and operations functions to learn end-to-end processes.
• Lead and support cross-functional projects that improve quality, cost, and delivery.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and production teams on strategic initiatives.
• Present project outcomes and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Participate in formal leadership training, mentoring, and coaching sessions.
• Support sustainability and continuous improvement initiatives across sites.
• Document best practices and standard work from rotational experiences.
