Location: Bay City
Vista Aircraft Maintenance is seeking a Compliance and Safety Manager to ensure FAA Part 145 compliance, maintain certifications, and oversee quality, safety, and regulatory interfaces. This role reports to the General Manager and is based onsite in western Wisconsin.
Responsibilities include managing the SMS, audits, CAPA, document control, and safety training, while collaborating with Maintenance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Training to achieve safety and compliance objectives.
