Our ideal candidates are passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children. As a dedicated member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe and engaging environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
What You'll Do- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment that encourages children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Complete required annual continuing education (early childhood related).
- Complete required coursework including CPR
- If coursework is needed, we are can help you! - Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Paid for attendance at staff meetings and continuing education.
- PTO (40 hours) after working for one full year.
- PTO (80 hours) after working for two full years.
- Time off for your children's activities if needed (school programs, dance recitals, sports, etc.)
Minimum Education :
High School or Equivalent
