- Assist crews with site prep, material handling, and clean‑up
- Support equipment operators and carpenters as needed
- Learn and apply safety protocols daily
- Use hand and power tools under supervision
- Participate in team huddles and jobsite briefings
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
