Construction Project Manager

ACT Construction is a Nation Wide general contractor specializing in fast pace, high quality Restaurant, Retail Construction and Lifestyle Construction.

ACT Construction is Looking to fill a project management Positions in our Racine WI office. We are looking for candidates with experience in Ground Up Construction, Restaurant Construction and Tenant Improvement Construction.

The project manager directs and coordinates activities of assigned projects and team members while overseeing on time project completion and client satisfaction. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining the construction budget as well as the quality and construction standards of ACT Construction.

The ideal candidate is a Highly motivated, result driven individual with Problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities and an attention to detail, while working at a fast pace.

Looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this role as it relates to Commercial TI and or Ground Up Construction.

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
• Exhibit great customer service

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ground Up Experience a plus but not a requirement
