We're looking for a Concrete Crew Member who enjoys working outdoors, tackling challenges, and being part of a crew that knows how to work hard and have fun doing it.

What You'll Do:

No two days are exactly the same, but every day you'll play an important role in bringing projects to life by:

* Installing concrete systems on commercial and agricultural job sites

* Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently

* Working alongside a skilled crew to solve problems and keep projects moving

* Maintaining clean, organized, and professional job sites

* Taking pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail

* Supporting teammates and helping new crew members succeed

* Promoting a culture of safety and accountability

* Contributing wherever needed to help the team win

What We're Looking For:

* Concrete construction experience preferred

* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Positive attitude and dependable attendance

* Commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship

* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed

* Someone who leads by example and takes pride in a job well done
