Position: Construction Estimator / Construction Foreman
Location: Mukwonago

Job Role s and Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction crews and subcontractors throughout project execution.
  • Coordinate daily activities of carpenters according to project schedules.
  • Perform rough and finish carpentry work as required.
  • Delegate tasks and oversee work performed by carpenters and laborers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and building codes.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
  • Read, interpret, and implement blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to specifications.
  • Address client concerns and maintain professional communication.
  • Coordinate availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Order materials and equipment in coordination with procurement personnel.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure timely material deliveries.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and verify completed work meets standards.
  • Support project completion goals while maintaining productivity and efficiency.
  • Travel to project sites as required.
Qualifications and Certifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Foreman experience in construction.
  • Minimum 3 years of Superintendent-level experience in construction.
  • Proven experience in carpentry supervision or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong rough and finish carpentry skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, procedures, and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive work.
  • Willingness to travel for projects.
