As a Project Manager, you will:

• Lead interdisciplinary teams across multiple heavy civil infrastructure projects for successful delivery.
• Act as the company representative with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, costs, and projections for profitability and accurate reporting.
• Procure required materials and requisition necessary equipment and labor resources.
• Negotiate changes to scope of work with clients and key subcontractors.
• Market and secure additional work with clients; manage the project change management process.
• Deliver federal and state‑funded infrastructure projects in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and public meetings to support clients.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related accredited field.
• At least 2+ years of construction project management experience, with preference for dam facilities.
• Experience in heavy civil infrastructure projects, including cost reporting, engineering submittals, work plans, RFIs, CPM scheduling, T&M billing, and change orders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards; ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HCSS, AASHTOWare, and Primavera/P6 preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
