Event Specialist: Part-Time

River Valley Remodelers is a trusted home remodeling company dedicated to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service to homeowners in our community.

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Part-Time Specialist to assist with event setup, on-site event support, and breakdown. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. The Events Specialist plays a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and that all materials are professionally presented and properly managed during the event.

This role is open to candidates of all backgrounds and requires no experience in sales or knowledge of home remodeling services.

• Event Setup & Breakdown
• Transport, load, and unload event materials, displays, and equipment
• Set up tents, tables, signage, displays, promotional materials, and branded assets
• Ensure event space is organized, clean, and aligned with River Valley Remodelers (RVR) standards
• Break down event materials efficiently and safely following event completions
• Pack, inventory, and store event supplies in the event trailer
• On-Site Event Support
• Work assigned events during scheduled hours
• Represent River Valley Remodelers in a professional and engaging manner
• Greet attendees and engage by providing event specials or product information
• Monitor event materials and replenish supplies throughout the event
• Assist with capturing event leads

• Currently pursuing a High School Diploma, Graduated with High School Diploma, pursuing a degree in Events, Marketing, etc.
• Prior relevant work experience recommended but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other associates
• Ability to drive a truck and enclosed trailer is preferred but not required

• Paid $14.00 an hour
