The mission?

At Mama, something is always happening

A rooftop party, a corporate event, a fully booked brunch, a Green Key action, a social media campaign or even a crazy internal project… and you are at the heart of it all.

By the side of the Mama Gang, you participate in making the Mama Shelter Luxembourg shine both on the networks and on the ground.

Creation of contents, stories, reels, visuals, photos, videos: your creativity has no limit (or almost). You bring to life the Mama atmosphere on a daily basis and make people want to come through our doors before they even arrive.

On the Events side, you participate in the organization and the smooth running of our parties, private events, seminars, and animations. On the ground, you coordinate the information, accompany the teams, and ensure that the customer experience is top-notch.

Because Mama also loves projects that make sense, you also participate in our environmental and social actions: internal initiatives, development of our CSR projects (Green Key, zero plastic, etc).

Ambassador of the Mama Gang, you convey our values with your energy, your ideas, and your good mood.

Qualifications

Are you the right fit? Only if...

• Instagram, Tik Tok, and Canva are almost part of your DNA

• Creative but organized, you have 100 ideas a minute without forgetting the important details.

• You like to brainstorm on a campaign as much as to run on the ground during an event.

• You are curious, resourceful, and always ready to learn new things.

• Teamwork is your favorite playground

• You know how to adapt to all types of interlocutors, from the corporate client to the DJ of the rooftop

• You love to capture moments even before everyone else takes out their phone

• Sensitive to environmental and social issues, you love projects that make sense

• You know how to manage multiple projects without ending up in a kitchen nightmare

Student in Communication, Event Management, Marketing, Content Creation, Hospitality Management or equivalent, you are looking for a creative and versatile internship.

To have time to fully immerse yourself in the Mama adventure, we are looking for a 4-month minimum conventional intern.

You can make a cool video faster than your shadow

Photoshop, Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, or Canva do not scare you.

You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do to propose ideas

You are as comfortable behind a screen as you are in the middle of a crowded event.

Your photo gallery probably already contains too many photos of food
