Audacy Minneapolis is searching for an experienced, Part‑Time Producer.

• 1–3 years as producer or on‑air contributor
• Passion for current events, news, pop culture and local happenings
• Comfortable running (and learning) multiple board operating styles
• Experience with radio clocks, logs and scheduling
• Working knowledge of computer audio software, Adobe Audition, and Wide Orbit preferred
• Demonstrated ability to use social media including Facebook, You Tube, Twitter, and Instagram
• Willingness to learn new tools that help content, distribution or sales
• Willing to work in the office or on location
• Multi‑task with a variety of duties
• Ability to ad lib on‑air and at appearances in a coherent manner when situations change quickly
• Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Work in compliance with company and FCC policies and procedures
• Travel to and attend station promotional appearances, including sales appearances

• Ability to produce programs that meet programming standards
• Proven ability to contribute to a positive, diverse, creative, productive culture
• Ability to evaluate content/quality/sound and act decisively with sound judgment
• Knowledge of new media applications for digital distribution, audience engagement and community networking
• Spontaneous, interpretative judgment and solutions in a fast‑paced environment
• Manages own workload with priorities based on show content and production
