As a Teller / Member Service Representative at our Kohler Branch
, you ll play an important role in daily branch operations. You ll assist members with transactions, answer questions, and recommend solutions that support their financial well-being—while ensuring accuracy, security, and a positive experience.

• Build strong, professional relationships with members
• Accurately process transactions and handle cash securely
• Maintain balanced drawers and high accuracy standards
• Identify member needs and suggest appropriate products or services
• Follow all operational, compliance, and security procedures
• Communicate clearly with members and teammates in person, by phone, and electronically
• Participate in training and development programs

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic math and computer skills
• Customer service or cash handling experience is helpful but not necessary
• Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a positive, team-focused attitude
