Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader in automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join our team.

Account Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

* Customer facing/day to day phone support

* Develop strong working relationships with both internal

* Knowledge of appropriate business practices and procedures

* Participate in customer meetings as required

* Provide day-to-day phone support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Order Entry:

* Manage aspects of customer orders including order entry, purchasing, and invoicing

* Reconcile customer purchase orders across various business areas, ensuring accuracy in details such as payment terms, shipping information, and payment details

* Procure necessary parts through purchase order entry, vendor correspondence, pricing, and overseeing timely delivery

* Navigate efficiently between multiple software programs

* Perform other duties as required

Account Coordinator Education, Skills, and

Experience:

* High School Diploma Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred

* High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn internal business systems

* Understand order processing systems

* Quickly embrace, learn, and apply new technology and/or procedures

* Strict attention to detail

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication skills and proven ability to maintain high customer service.

Account Coordinator

Physical Requirements:

* Ability to work extended hours on a computer.

Account Coordinator Pay:

* Hourly Rate Range: $24.00 - $27.00

* Eligible for OT

The final offer will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in the position.
