Job Title:

Customer Care Specialist / Recent grads can apply

Expected Rate: $18-20/hour (subject to change)

Hours:

Flexible with earliest start time around 7:00 am

Location:

Fully onsite in Hales Corners, WI 53130

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm and Saturdays 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Typical shifts are 10:00 am – 7:00 pm, 11:00 am – 8:00 pm and 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm CST.

Assignment Duration: 4 months, potential to convert to full-time based on performance, attendance and business need (typically convert about 20% of contractors).

• The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the Bank merger.
• They will be responsible for initial diagnosis of issues and escalating to more senior representatives when needed.

• 1-2 years of experience in call handling
• Some financial experience is preferred
