ScheduleHybrid: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, 2 days per week on site, remainder of week remote. Willing to work overtime when needed.
Pay Rate$18-20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Job DescriptionQuick Cable is undergoing a transformation to improve service and productivity. The Customer Service Representative role is critical to provide prompt customer service expertise and quick response time.
Responsibilities- Manage customer orders timely and accurately.
- Respond to all customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and first contact resolution.
- Administer customer order changes, expedites, tracking and cancellations.
- Process all incoming emails, calls, and faxes promptly and accurately.
- Provide product and order information accurately and knowledgeably.
- Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, etc.
- Contact customers concerning any changes or delays in shipment of orders.
- 3+ years of experience within a manufacturing customer service and order entry background.
- Experience with ERP and inventory databases.
- Proficient in PC and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
- Ability to forge solid relationships with teammates, managers, customers, and operate effectively across a wide range of capabilities and personalities.
- High school diploma required.
- Associate’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field strongly preferred.
- 2 weeks PTO and 10 paid holidays.
