Service Advisor

This role exists to help customers make clear, confident decisions about their vehicles — without pressure or confusion. As a Service Advisor at Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing, you act as the bridge between the customer and the technician, translating complex information into simple, honest guidance. Success in this role isn't measured by selling more, but by building trust and long-term relationships.

Your day is focused on listening, explaining, and guiding. You'll greet customers, review inspection findings, help prioritize repairs, and answer questions with patience and clarity. You'll work closely with technicians to understand vehicle needs and communicate them accurately, ensuring customers always know what's happening and why — before any work begins.

Our Core Values
  • Growth – Professionally and personally
  • Accountability – We do what we say we'll do
  • Integrity – With customers and each other
  • Transparency – No games, no guesswork
What You Can Expect From Us

We believe great work happens when people are supported, respected, and balanced.

  • No nights or weekends
  • Guaranteed hourly pay
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Benefits valued at approximately $5.50/hour
  • Paid time off with yearly increases
  • Paid holidays — even when they fall on weekends
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Paid training, certifications & continued education
  • Relocation support
