Customer Service Representative
Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Prioritize and manage multiple service requests efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within established guidelines. Log all communications accurately in CRM or customer tracking systems. Collaborate with internal teams (field service, sales, warranty, parts) to gather information and resolve issues. Maintain knowledge of products, applications, and services in the industrial and marine power space.
Escalate complex technical or commercial issues to appropriate internal stakeholders. Analyze customer service data and contribute to reporting efforts. Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement projects. Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned.
