Schedule
Monday-Friday 8a-9p and Saturdays 8a-5p. Typical shifts are 10a-7p, 11a-8p and 12p-9p CST.
Job OverviewThe Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the American National Bank merger. They will be responsible for initial diagnosis of issues and escalating to more senior representatives when needed.
Qualifications1-2 years of experience in call handling.
Some financial experience is preferred.
