• Provide personalized, professional service while building trust and long-term client relationships
• Identify additional coverage opportunities that genuinely benefit each client
• Process new policies, changes, and renewals accurately
• Respond to client inquiries on coverage, billing, and claims
• Schedule appointments and support daily agency operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong communication and basic math skills
• WI Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 30 days — we cover the cost after 6 months)
