Job Summary:

This position reports to a Customer Care Supervisor and is responsible for efficiently and accurately inputting and updating customer orders. Completes work in a professional manner by receiving, investigating, processing, and responding to customer order inquiries.

Work Location:

This will be an onsite role in our Greenville WI location.

Compensation Information:
Hourly range of $19-$20 plus an annual incentive plan.

What You'll Do
  • Receives and processes paper, or electronic orders as well as bounceback orders.
  • Processes orders in accordance with department standards.
  • Resolves order errors or omissions through communicating to sales partners or customers directly via phone and/or e-mail.
  • Analyze orders to identify and troubleshoot item and/or pricing issues.
  • Ensures customer data is accurate and order is entered correctly.
  • Meets or exceeds department key performance measurements that include, service level, turnaround time, quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistent and regular attendance and adherence to schedule.
  • Provide high quality interactions and diffuse difficult customer situations in a professional manner.
  • Responds to customers inquiries and follows through to completion accurately and within customer timeframe.
  • Open availability, typical work hours range from 7am-6pm. This role may be required to work Holidays and weekends to support our customers needs.
What We Expect You to Bring to the Table
  • Ability to key large volumes of alpha/numeric data accurately.
  • Ability to perform business math calculations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Minimum

Required Qualifications

One to Three years customer order entry and/or keyboarding work experience.

Education and/or Certifications Required

High School Diploma or the equivalent.
