Role OverviewAs a Floating Teller/Member Service Representative, you will be an important part of supporting our Kohler Branch and Central District locations. You will provide friendly, accurate service while assisting members with financial transactions, addressing banking needs, and connecting them with products and services that support their financial goals.
In this role, you will process daily financial transactions, assist with account inquiries, and help members find solutions that meet their needs. You will build strong member relationships while ensuring accuracy, security, and a consistently positive experience in every interaction.
Flexibility, teamwork, and strong attention to detail are essential as you adapt between branches and contribute to the success of the credit union. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values meaningful member relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven, and collaborative environment.
What We're Seeking- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred; cash handling experience is a plus
- Skills: Strong math and computer skills
- Flexibility: Ability to travel between branches and work rotating Saturday shifts
- Compliance: Ability to adhere to industry standards and regulations
