Our Strum office team is looking for a Dental Assistant who thrives in a patient-focused environment, enjoys working side-by-side with a collaborative clinical team, and takes pride in helping deliver exceptional care. Monday 8:00-5:00 | Tuesday 7:00-5:00 | Wednesday 8:00-5:00 | Thursday 8:00-5:00

• Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for procedures.
• Take dental radiographs (X‑rays) and maintain accurate patient records.
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment plans, and post‑procedure care.
• Maintain strict infection control and sterilization protocols.
• Support smooth patient flow and a positive experience from check‑in to check‑out.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to deliver efficient, high‑quality care.

• Dental Assistant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and patient‑care skills.
• A positive, team‑first attitude.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

$19‑$22 per hour.
