Compensation- Guaranteed hourly base pay of $51.00 with annual increases
- Unlimited bonus potential of an extra $3.00–$20.00 bringing pay to $54–$71/hour
- Guaranteed $5,000 production bonus in the first four months
You’ll spend your time building relationships and helping patients feel confident about their smiles while our support teams handle the admin.

- Provide a positive experience throughout the entire patient interaction; from greeting to seating and completing their in‑clinic visit
- Exhibit excellent customer service to create a positive patient experience, ensuring all treatment is provided with an awareness of individual patient needs and concerns
- Remove calculus deposits, accretions, stains, and cement from supra‑ and sub‑gingival surfaces of the teeth
- Perform periodontal therapy, including scaling and root planning when prescribed
- Complete head, neck, and intra‑/extra‑oral exams to detect any abnormal swelling or lesions that could indicate any type of pathology
- Examine teeth and assess periodontal health of each patient prior to exam by dentist
- Chart conditions of decay and disease for treatment as diagnosed by dentist, assisting during examination
- State of Wisconsin hygiene license (recent or soon‑to‑be graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Ability to administer local anesthetic agents
