Dental Hygienist - Forward Dental Mequon

Forward Dental Mequon is hiring a full‑time Dental Hygienist for a 4‑day work week (Monday‑Thursday). The position offers a $15,000 welcome bonus, bi‑weekly hourly pay with an option for daily pay, as well as daily and quarterly bonuses. Full‑time employees (minimum 30 hours) receive a comprehensive benefits package including United Healthcare PPO health insurance, 401(k), dental, vision, wellness benefits, six paid holidays and PTO.

• Provide outstanding patient care as an integral member of the patient care team.
• Offer dental hygiene services, including patient screening and medical history documentation.
• Work with full clinical autonomy and coordinate with a hygiene mentor program.

• Current dental hygienist license in WI.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
• CPR Certification.

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
• Clinical experience as required by the office.

• Ability to perform essential duties, including prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically.
• Reasonable accommodations available.
