Missions In Brief
Under the responsibility of the head of the department, the territorial development officer participates in the definition, coordination, and implementation of local public policies in the areas of social development, education, urban planning, security, youth, and the environment. They oversee cross-cutting projects contributing to the attractiveness, social cohesion, and sustainable development of the territory.
Main Missions1. Education and Youth
• Participate in the development and monitoring of local educational policies.
• Coordinate and implement actions in favor of children, youth, and educational success.
• Develop projects promoting civic engagement, integration, and access to leisure in conjunction with the Youth Center animator.
• Ensure liaison with schools, associations, and institutional partners.
• Participate in the drafting of the Territorial Education Development Plan and all framework documents in the areas of activity.
2. Social Development and Territorial Cohesion
• Participate with the Local Social Action Center in the implementation of social proximity actions.
• Develop partnerships with social, associative, and educational institutions.
• Contribute to devices promoting social inclusion, access to services, and territorial solidarity.
• Ensure the follow-up of contractual arrangements and project calls.
• Conduct the social balance analysis (ABS) in conjunction with the Local Social Action Center.
3. Security and Prevention
• Participate in the implementation of the local prevention and security policy.
• Monitor partnership-based delinquency prevention arrangements.
• Contribute to the coordination of actions with state services, security forces, and local actors.
• Participate in the elaboration of plans and procedures related to risk management.
4. Environment and Sustainable Development
• Support projects related to ecological transition.
• Develop and implement environmental awareness actions.
• Participate in efforts to preserve natural resources and enhance the quality of life.
• Monitor devices and funding related to sustainable development.

Working hours:
