Overview
Czaplicki Family Dentistry is seeking a well-trained, friendly Dental Assistant to join our team full-time. This position earns approximately $25.00 - $32.00/hour
, depending on experience. We offer paid vacation time, paid holidays off, medical insurance for full time, and a retirement plan.

As a Dental Assistant, you are a vital part of our practice and help our dentists be as productive and efficient as possible. You will arrive to a warm and inviting atmosphere and talk with patients to put both children and adults at ease with a gentle and kind demeanor. You will maintain accurate and detailed notes in our dental software (Dentrix).
When not assisting, you may help the front desk team. You will enjoy meeting new people and connecting with long-time patients while providing an important service to the community.
- Support dentists to maximize productivity and efficiency during patient care.
- Communicate with patients and maintain a welcoming, professional environment.
- Maintain accurate notes in the dental software (Dentrix) and assist with practice operations as needed.
- Motivated to learn, comfortable with technology, a team player, and patient-centered.
- Experience with Dentrix software; fully computerized office; familiarity with Cerec technology, Digital X-rays and CBCT imaging, lasers, and related advances.
- Friendly, compassionate, and positive; good sense of humor.
- Willing to learn expanded assistant duties: fabricating temporary crowns, understanding dental disciplines, taking accurate impressions and X-rays, some lab work.
