Monday - Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm)

Ages seen:
All ages including children ages 8-15 years old

Patient Volume: 6-8 per day

Types of Cases:
General dentistry. Must be comfortable treating children (accounts for 20-30% of patients)

Credentialing: 2 - 4 weeks

Requirements:

• Licensure: WI license and Active DEA

• Experience Required: 2 years

• Certification: DMD or DDS

• Life Support Certifications: BLS
