Candidates must possess active WI dental licensure and current DEA.
Competitive pay ($175K+, depending on qualifications and experience) and full benefits including Medical/Dental/Optical Insurance (paid premiums for employees), 5 weeks PTO, 15 paid holidays, $4000 of paid CME, 401K 3% match (additional 10% match over 6%) and non-taxed Loan Repayment options.
