• Provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care for patients of all ages.
• Perform assessments including periodontal charting, oral cancer screenings, radiographs, and patient evaluations.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment recommendations, and the connection between oral and overall health.
• Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, dentists and hygiene teammates to deliver outstanding patient experiences, co-diagnose, and personalize treatment.
• Build long-term patient relationships based on trust, compassion, and education.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on delivering excellent care.
• Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment for every patient.
• Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care.

• Licensed dental hygienist with a current Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain license for new graduates).
• Passion for patient education, preventive dentistry, and practicing at the top of scope.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• CPR certification.

Tuesday thru Friday

$45-$50 per hour
